We supply OEM liners (mud pump cylinders) for bentonite drilling pumps, available in both metal and zirconia versions. Zirconia liners last several times longer than conventional ones.
Why did we decide to open this product line and stock liners?
In our work we often see drilling operations come to a halt due to liner failures, while delivery of replacements takes a considerable amount of time. As a result, our clients lose both time and money. To address this issue, we have brought the most common mud pump liners into stock. For liners not currently available in our warehouse, we can arrange
prompt delivery from the warehouse of BORG Pumps GMBH in Germany.
How to get the required liners?
To order a liner, simply email us at order@sigmahdd.com or place an order directly on our website. We will respond promptly, provide an invoice, and calculate the delivery. If you cannot find the required liner on our website, please send us the brand and model of your drilling rig, along with the pump nameplate, and we will do our best to supply the correct liner.
